About Me

Founded in 2013, Nur-e-Hidayah began as a small circle of Muslim women seeking to strengthen our connection with the Qur’an.

What started as a weekly study group has blossomed into a vibrant community of sisters dedicated to charity, community building, and implementing Islamic teachings in our daily lives.

Our vision is simple yet profound: to create a space where women can learn, reflect, and transform with the Qur’an — nurturing not only personal faith but also the collective strength of our Ummah.

Before, I used to read the Quran without understanding much, but through Meena baji's tafsir class, I have learned so much and feel more connected to the Quran. It has changed the way I think and live now. Now we are about to finish the Quran, and I am so thankful to be part of this journey.

Through this journey, I have been able to work on my character, strengthen my relationships, and practice love and respect purely for the sake of Allah. This experience has shown me that the Qur’an is not just a book of recitation, but a complete guide for life. I am deeply grateful that Allah chose Sister Mona as the means for me to connect with His Book and walk on this path.
